Erica of Sweets and Hearts

Helloooo, everyone! I'm Erica Leigh of Sweets and Hearts, and I can't tell you how excited I am to be part of Flock Together. These girls are some of the nicest (and most stylish!) people I've met in a while, and I love that we're all mostly inspired by vintage clothing but have distinctive personal styles. It's a wonderfully diverse group, and we hail from all over the country.

I'm currently a 24-year-old fashion marketing grad from the Los Angeles suburbs (how exciting) and work part-time for a clothing company. The rest of my time is spent working on my personal blog, where I post outfit photos, things I like, events I attend, and the occasional food photo (I'm a huge foodie).

My personal style is super feminine and I have a weird obsession with bows. You can usually find me wearing stripes, lace, fun patterns, things with collars, chiffon, and color, whenever possible (I've had jobs where I could only wear black and/or white, and it was quite limiting. I'm enjoying my fashion freedom right now).

Some of my favorite designers and labels are Sretsis, Betsey Johnson, Alice & Olivia, Dahlia, and Dear Creatures. I like shopping on ModCloth and ASOS, but love hunting around TJMaxx and Marshall's (can't say 'no' to a good deal). I'm also a huge advocate for swapping (obviously).

When I'm not thinking or doing anything fashion related, I enjoy wandering, reading YA fiction and ghost stories, dabbling in nail art, sewing/crafting, and watching British shows and re-runs of House.

I've already received some items from the other girls to style and sent out pieces of my closet, as well. I can't wait to see what they've come up with and am eager to show you how I've styled their things.
