Hi there friends! This kitty dress from Erica of Sweets and Hearts has already made its rounds to a few Flock Together gals. I recently adopted two little kitties, so this dress was a perfect garment to try out with the adorable kitten print and all. However when I received the dress I noticed that it was much to short for me to wear as a dress. So what's a girl to do? Why roll it up at the waist and belt it into a blouse of course! Problem solved. A pair of ankle jeans was all that was needed to complete this simple look.
The other ladies styled it so wonderfully! I adore Ashley's darling hat.
Erica looks so sweet with platforms and purple tights, and I love the double kitten vibe from Hannah.
I hope you all have a great Monday!
God Bless!

Very cute! Love how you rolled it up into a shirt. And ankle jeans look GREAT on you. I have a hard time pulling those off.
ReplyDeleteWell aren't you clever!!! I love this dress as a peplum blouse, it looks adorable with the kitty print :)
ReplyDeleteErica I LOVE this! It looks so darling as a top! Especially with that collar necklace. Who would have thought? You look darling and I'm loving the hair!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I styled this one too on my personal blog: http://haircutandgeneralattitude.blogspot.com/2013/08/the-cat-mouse-or-bunny-winner.html

i didn't even recognize it as a top, nice idea. I agree w/ Jenna, the peplum makes it cute as a blouse as well & of course yay for your new adopted kitties!

Katie- I think this is so clever and never would have guessed that was suppose to be anything other than a blouse with those pictures
