Bunnies & Bows

Hey girlies! It's Jessi of Haircut & General Attitude. I'm super excited about my first swap post! This oh-so-lovely peter pan collared top dotted with pretty little bunnies belongs to the amazing and stylish Elana!
When I first saw Elana wearing this on her blog I was overcome with envy. Peplum, peter pan, AND bunnies?! What could be better? I was so happy when she put it up for swaps! It was a bit big on my ehem...lacking chest, but nothing a cute belt couldn't fix!

So I may have gone a little color-crazy but hey, what else is new? I tend to do that... And I was pretty proud of myself for branching out and being brave enough to wear these cute leggings!! To polish it off I threw a  big bow headband on just so there would be no questioning I'm a girl ;)

Here's how the lovely, always smiling Elana wore it in warmer weather (check out more photos here):

Well I hope you're all having a great week! Have a beautiful Thanksgiving tomorrow! I'm so excited
for family, food, and a relaxing day to be happy and thankful. I'm feeling especially grateful for my darling Hubby and my new full-time job!

  1. Yay for new jobs! And Jessi, I LOVE this look! I'm buying a bow headband immediately- that totally made the whole outfit. And I love how you played with colors here. Who would have thought that electric blue would go so so well with burgundy? Gorgeous :)

  5. I love belts. They seriously make any garment fit no matter what size! You look GORGEOUS as always. I love how well you match your surroundings. And that bow definitely looks perfect in your hair. Everytime I see you I want to run to the scissors immediately and give myself bangs, but I'm not sure they'd look as good on me as they do on you! Have a happy Thanksgiving dear!

  11. i don't think it's color crazy at all! it's fun to see how you both wore the blouse. i like that you showed detail shots of the pattern on it. the zipper shoes are fierce, but my heart is longing to be in those gorgeous leaf filled mountains. sigh
