When I saw this blouse up for swap, I jumped on it immediately. I have a major weakness for a good novelty print, and the license plates lined up across this blouse didn't disappoint in the least. Being a Georgia gal, I couldn't resist looking for my state's license plate, and after a quick skim, I found it, sitting just over my heart. Such a perfect place for it to be.
I'm loving how Jessica paired orange heels with her blouse! This top can really go with almost anything.
