Hey everyone! It's Lisa here from Lala Faux Bois. I had so much fun borrowing this dress from Hannah and it definitely got some mileage during it's visit to Arizona. Hannah told me to borrow it for as long as I wanted since it was too cold for it in Colorado, and I took her up on that, although "for as long as I wanted" technically would've meant keeping it indefinitely... ;)
This muted shade of yellow acts as sort of a neutral and opens up the remixing possibilities. It's also a simple cut, but packed with fun details like the ruffles and print. It was even cuter than I imagined in person!
dress: borrowed from Hannah // sweater: thrifted + DIY elbow patches // belt: vintage tie
tights: some mall store? // shoes: Nordstrom Last Chance
My styling of this dress is really nothing new, such a cute dress doesn't need anything too crazy, and I just had fun loading it up with some accessories. I really love Elana's preppy vibe with the blazer, and Hannah's knee socks and white shoes are a fun way to play up the feminine details of the dress. Take a look how they styled it below!
Hope you all have a great week!
