Hello lovelies!
It's been a while since I've posted (I missed you!) and I still have some swaps to share with you. I borrowed this awesome 60's inspired shift dress from Miss Amy. It has the cutest Peter Pan collar, and I love the chunky buttons and pockets.
I wanted to layer a jacket over it, but couldn't figure it out based on what I have in my closet. I felt like my jackets were either too shapeless or too fitted. I ended up just leaving it the way it is, but I played up the 60's-ness with my over-the-knee boots. The hat is a little 1920's, so the whole outfit ended up being a go-go flapper of sorts. Is that a thing?
Outfit Details:
Navy Peter Pan collar shift dress (Amy's, from ModCloth)
Black suede over-the-knee boots (Seychelles)
Black wool cloche hat (Forever 21)

Amy was extremely creative in her styling. I love how the bright yellow contrasts with the navy. Those fierce cateyes are pretty awesome too.
How would you style it?

Enjoy the rest of your Friday! xx
Great outfit!)

I love it- a bit 20s and a bit 60s influenced, it feels like.

I love the 20s feel going on in this outfit. That cloche hat just makes it! I don't look great in drop waist dresses but I really like this one! It almost has kind of a nautical feel. Great outfit!
