Hannah's pretty blue
Modcloth dress. She got this as her Stylish Surprise a few months ago and was nice enough to send it right off to me. This is a refershing change from my usual novelty print obsession, but it still holds my interest with the beautiful ruffles on the skirt. I love takng "fancier" pieces and dressing them down. Unfortunately, it was much too hot out here to layer so I stuck with flats and pretty accessories.
