Easy As Pie

Hey peeps, long time, no see! Seems like it's been a while since I've posted here. It's Jessi, in case you forgot my name or something ;) Anywho, today I'm styling up Marisa's cute as a button pie dress! What could be better than dessert on a dress? It just makes it all the more sweet! Going with the sweet theme, I wore the pretty yellow scalloped sandals my Hubby got me for my birthday this year and finished it off with a bow in true Marisa-fashion! Oh, and I layered a tee underneath for some lace sleeves because really, what outfit doesn't need a touch of lace?!
Outfit Details: Pie Dress - Marisa's / Lace Tee - Forever 21 / Belt - Jason Wu for Target / Bracelet - c/o Color By Amber / Head Scarf - c/o BYUtv (Granite Flats Care Package) / Sandals - Jessica Simpson via DSW

 Ashley // Rachel

Marisa seriously got it perfect with the mustard sweater and polka dot tights! So sweet and dreamy. And I love how Ashley and Rachel both paired it with darling colorful shoes.

Parisian

Hey, It's Jessi!
This rust-colored skirt from Kristian's lovely wardrobe was such a fun piece to mix and match with almost anything! I ended up wearing it a few different times while I had it on my hands. For this look I took a little inspiration from the skirt's owner and paired it with stripes! (I feel like Kristian can always come up with a killer striped ensemble) I felt almost Parisian with my black and white striped top and vintage sunhat but throwing in some gladiators kind of balanced it out with a little boho. Perfect for a warm Summer's day of browsing the local Farmer's Market.

Outfit Details:
Top - c/o Choies
Skirt - Kristian's
Sunhat - c/o Breck's Vintage
Sandals - Ross
Bracelet - Gift from my Mom

Here's one of the brilliant ways Kristian has styled her pretty skirt:

And here's how a few of the other girls have styled it! So many pretty possibilities I tell you!

Kindergarten

It's Rachel from Floral Prints and Common Sense again! Today I'm wearing Kristian's sweet tulle skirt!
I wore my best kindergartner-esque outfit to compliment this cutie of a skirt; silly cardigan and socks included. Am I the only one who has problems spelling "kindergartner?"
Unfortunately, this will be my last post at Flock Together! I'm sad to be leaving, but things are getting really busy, and I just don't think I can keep up with it all! I'll miss all the girls and all our readers so much, but I know we'll stay in touch through my personal blog!

Isn't Kristian's backdrop beautiful? I love her red shoes.
I thought it was so cool that Jenna and I are both wearing chambray denim shirts, but our looks are so different!
And Ashley's tulle layering was basically genius.

Birthday Cake

It's Jessi, but today you can call me the Birthday Girl! That's right, today I turn 23 (on the 23rd)! While I'm out celebrating I thought it would be fitting to share another sweet-treat themed dress with you! This time it's Rachel's adorable cupcake-buttoned dress.
Outfit Details:
Dress - Rachel's
Floral Blazer - Papaya
Belt - Target
Bracelets - YuniKelley, Maryjane's
Oxfords - Vintage, belonged to my Granny

I can't get over that double collar and the darling cupcake buttons!! Rachel actually added those to the dress herself, as you can see below. A pretty genius upgrade to an already pretty dress if you ask me!

Pinafores and Pins

It's Rachel today, styling a pretty sheer shirt from Jessica!
You guys, this shirt is pretty amazing. It's got a bow on the front and is covered in hearts! I wore it under my favorite pinafore (which actually has gone through the swapping process a bit itself) and put on some high lacey knee socks. I also managed a successful fishtail braid with the aid of lots of hairspray. Normally they slide right out of my thin hair!
Maybe a little reminiscent of Valentine's with all this red and lace, huh?

I love Jessica's big skirt and Jessi's little burgundy heels!

Mint to Be

It's Rachel from Floral Prints and Common Sense today with a pretty green dress from Jessica!
I wore this early in March after a weekend of good weather. I thought, "I'll dress like it's SPRING!" Yeah, no. I took the pictures indoors because it was complete yuck outside. All drizzly and cold! At least this springy dress made me feel pretty! And quite frankly like a mermaid!
I even got my Easter nails on.
