Hello hello! It's Rachel again, and today I am wearing a real nice ruffly dress from Erica's closet!
To add girly to girly I popped a pleated skirt over this ruffly dress, and contrasted the vibrant mustard color with some neutrals! That's right, guys, there's a science to this outfit right here.
You may have noticed that I tend to put a bow over whatever outfit I put on. It really ties the look together in my opinion. Oh yes I did.

That mustard yellow dress from Erica's closet is a beauty! I love the ruffles and the puffy sleeves. You paired it very nicely with your pleated skirt, polka-dotted leggings, and, of course, the bow. Your April 1st OOTD is very pretty.
